Mexican coffee is recognized through names such as Chiapas, Veracruz and Oaxaca. However, coffee is found in 15 states across the vast territory of the country. At present, we can identify 49 regions that integrate around 700 thousand hectares of the crop. This important number of regions represents a great variety of agroclimatic conditions with characteristics particular to each area.

The expressions of the different profiles of coffee flavors are vast and are, in many cases, still to be rediscovered.
